For made-to-order products, the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 50 items per shape, size, and color.

At our workshop, we are three potters, and all our work is handmade. The nature
of ceramics demands a meticulous process.

In addition to the artisanal crafting process, please note that the pieces are
hand-illustrated, which adds a significant level of detail and time to the
production
process.
The estimated time to complete a small order will be no less than four weeks
after the purchase order is confirmed.

This lead time may increase depending on the time of year
and the order size. We will always provide you with an honest time estimate.

On average, we produce 100 items (small/medium size) per month.
However, it's crucial to consider that each piece goes through a minimum four-week cycle that includes drying, firing, glazing, and a final firing.

Therefore, for all orders of 200 items or more, the minimum production
time is 3 months.

We work with two companies to manage your shipments, aiming for the most
convenient option based on your order size:

For small orders, we use DHL. It's important to note that this isn't the most economical
option.

For large orders, which are usually more cost-effective, we work with a specialized
courier: Royal Comex. They ensure that prices are always competitive.

To illustrate the cost difference, a 4.4092-pound (around 2 kg) shipment with DHL comes out to about $139. In contrast, Royal Comex offers the same weight for approximately $77. Keep in mind, these amounts are just a reference to help you estimate general costs.
